World Health Day
No other day is better than "The World Health Day" to start a journey about awareness of overall health among folks.
WHO (World Health Organization) is celebrating today World Health Day to aware people. This year's focus is on depression, which is one of the main cause behind the mental illnesses around the world.
According to WHO between 2005 - 2015, there has been 18% increase in the people dealing with depression. Most of the age group lies between 15 to 30, with the problem of academics, relationship with their partner, parents and siblings.
WHO is identified a strong link between depression and other non-communicable disorders and diseases like diabetes and heart diseases. The day is celebrated to increase the life expectancy by adding quality of life (QOL) of people.
Youth should be targeted to prevent and to make a healthy world.
